How do I add my signature to my learners' certificates?

  1. To upload a signature that will be shown on your Learners certificate, simply click on "Settings" in the menu bar in your account.
  2. On this page, you can change the name of the company, add a logo, an address, and upload a signature that will be shown on the certificates.

  3. Click on the "Signature of Approval" slider and you will be presented with a help screen that provides information on the size and format that you should use:

  4. The size of the signature should be at least 300x300 pixels and it can be saved as either a .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png or .svg file.
  5. An easy way to do this is to write your signature out on a piece of paper and take a picture of it with your cell phone. Be sure to keep the resolution low so that it is under 5mbs in size and try to take the picture in landscape view.
  6. If the picture you took does not have the right pixel size you can use a free online resizer tool to adjust it to 300x300 pixels. Here is one that works great: https://imageresizer.com
  7. Once you have a file that is the right size (under 5mb) and the right shape (300x300 pxls) you can upload it.

Please Note: These changes will not be reflected on existing certificates. This will only apply to certificates created after the signature has been uploaded
