CFP

Including the FP Canada courses, it’s a 14-16 month process depending on when you get started and which exam you are aiming to write.

For the Core Curriculum, it will take you roughly 150 hours to complete all 7 Units going the self-study route.

If you choose to attend the webinars then it will take roughly 250 hours to work through the 7 Units.

We recommend setting aside 10-15 hours a week.

QAFP

Typically takes about 12-14 months to complete the entire program including the steps with FP Canada and writing the QAFP Exam.
