What is HLLQP?

The Harmonized Life License Qualification Program (HLLQP) provides training for a career in selling life insurance and related financial products.

The HLLQP program is valid for one year from the date of registration.

All certification exams must be passed within this period to be eligible for the provincial exams.

1. Ensure you have your CIPR number on hand. If you do not have one, please follow the instructions in the link below to obtain one.

   • You will receive a receipt and a confirmation code from the system to the contact method of your choosing. This is a basic security measure to confirm your contact method. 
   • Don't forget to add your CIPR # into the field available in your profile. If this isn't provided, we'll be reaching out as you will not be eligible for the provincial exams without this!
