How to reset your password?

If you can't remember the password to get into your account, here's how you can request a new password

1. On the login page, click on "Forgot your password?" underneath the Password field.
2. On the next page, click on either "Email Address" or "Mobile Number" depending on where you would like the password reset link sent to.
3. Enter the email address or mobile number that is also on your account in the appropriate field and click Send me password reset instructions.
4. Check your email or mobile phone for the link, which will expire in 24 hours. Be sure to check your junk folders as well, and try all possible emails and phone numbers if you do not receive the link. Make sure you are using the email and phone number that you registered your account with initially. 

If you haven't received the link within 5 minutes, try a different email or mobile number to ensure you get the correct contact info.
